Who Operates the Site and Acceptance of the Terms
mediavibelo operates this website from Singapore and provides access to health-related courses and educational materials. By accessing or using the site you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. These terms form a binding contract between you and mediavibelo under the laws of Singapore.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a contract to use this site. Use is permitted only for personal or professional learning about health topics. You may access course materials view descriptions and complete modules for your own benefit. Commercial redistribution or resale of any content is prohibited without prior written consent.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not upload harmful code attempt to gain unauthorised access or interfere with site operations. Misrepresentation of identity harassment of other users or posting misleading health claims is forbidden. Any activity that breaches Singapore laws including the Computer Misuse Act is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and reporting to authorities.

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy mediavibelo makes no warranties regarding completeness or suitability for any particular health condition. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Singapore consumer protection laws including the Consumer Protection Fair Trading Act.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law mediavibelo liability for any claim arising from use of the site is limited to the amount paid for the relevant course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of data or health outcomes. This limitation does not apply to liability for death personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify mediavibelo against any claims losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site including any violation of Singapore health advertising regulations.
Governing Law Courts and Consumer Dispute Rights
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. Consumers retain rights to seek resolution through the Small Claims Tribunal or other statutory mechanisms where applicable.
Severability Waiver Changes Contact Route and Last Updated Date
If any provision is found invalid the remainder continues in force.
